ABA Therapy
At Minds in Bloom ABA, there are two different approaches to choose from, in-home ABA therapy or school-based ABA therapy. Our specialists will evaluate your child’s specific needs and consult with your family to determine the best approach.
In-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy means that therapy will be conducted within the child’s natural environment in the home setting. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) will implement one-on-one treatment in the privacy and comfort of your home. This approach will help your child to build daily routines and will give multiple opportunities for parent involvement throughout the sessions.
School-based ABA therapy will take place in the school environment. A Registered Behavior Technician under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analysis will implement strategies to help your child be more independent in the classroom setting. This approach will help your team be more collaborative with inter-disciplinary members of the school to determine generalization of skills and help your learner by more independent throughout their school day.
